A graduate of the University of the Witwatersrand, with a Bachelor of Science in Town and Regional Planning, he has also attained other complementary qualifications in Project Management, Urban Economic Development, Infrastructure Planning as well as Municipal Finance Management and is a South African Council of Planners (SACPLAN) registered Professional Planner (Pr.Pln.). • As a qualified and professional Town and Regional Planner he has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the practice of spatial planning and land use management as well as development facilitation, having worked for the Limpopo Provincial Administration as well as local government sphere. • During his 10-year tenure as a Development Planning Manager at Greater Tubatse Municipality, he has also gained invaluable experience in housing, property management, infrastructure planning as well as building control • He has also worked as a Senior Urban Planner for GIBB Engineering and Architecture (Pty) Ltd (a multi-disciplinary consulting engineering, environmental and architecture consulting firm in South Africa), where he was responsible for town planning as well as business development for the firm’s water division in the Limpopo Province.
